Former Cruzeiro and Atlético promote solidarity raffle for flood victims in Rio Grande do Sul

Yuri Tanque, currently at Jeju United in South Korea, is raffling off two official shirts to raise money for the flood victims in Rio Grande do Sul: one from Guarani (from the 2022 season) and another from Jeju United (from the 2023 season). The value is R$ 10 per number.

The first winner will receive a Guarani shirt, the player’s last club in Brazil. The second will be awarded a uniform from the South Korean club.

Career

Born in the city of Porangatu, in the interior of Goiás, and raised in Nova Era, in the interior of Minas Gerais, Yuri has gone through the youth categories of Cruzeiro, Atlético and Ponte Preta-SP. Professionally, he has played for Coimbra, Ganiare Tottori (Japan), Ferroviária-SP, Leixões (Portugal), Capivariano-SP and Guarani-SP.

At Jeju United since 2023, Yuri has already played in 50 matches, with 14 goals scored and six assists. The team was a semifinalist in the Korean Cup last year.
