Palmeiras want to stand out from Liverpool-URU

After the victory over Independiente Del Valle, speculation about possible replacements arose, especially in relation to Endrick, the author of the first goal of the match.

According to the Spanish newspaper “As”, the target of Palmeiras to replace Endrick is the Uruguayan Luciano Rodríguez, from Liverpool-URU. At just 20 years old, the striker is nicknamed the “new Suárez”, which arouses great expectation among Palmeiras fans.

Rodríguez and Palmeiras have already crossed paths

It is worth noting that Rodríguez faced Palmeiras in the second round of the Libertadores, when Liverpool-URU was defeated 3-1 at Allianz Parque. Now, the possible arrival of the young Uruguayan talent could further strengthen Palmeiras’ offensive power in the continental competition.
