FC Barcelona already know that Xavi Hernández will no longer be in charge of the team. In the meantime, the front office is reportedly starting to make plans for next season, with the idea to strengthen the squad with two midfielders and a left winger.

The latter is currently filled by Ferran Torres and Joao Félix, who have been up to the task so far. However, it’s understood the club wants more explosiveness at the position, which is why Deco would already be considering three names to bring that firepower.

Barça have three targets: Martinelli, Kvaratskhelia, and Mitoma

Mundo Deportivo reports that the Catalan club is considering three left wingers, though they are not easy targets due to financial and contract reasons. Kaoru Mitoma (Brighton), Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (Napoli), and Brazilian winger Gabriel Martinelli (Arsenal) are reportedly on Deco’s wish list.

These three players are key pieces in their respective teams, so Barça know they won’t be easy to get. Other sources claim that each of these transfers could be worth no less than 100 million euros, meaning the Blaugrana would need to sell to afford any of these moves.

That’s why Raphinha is being heavily linked with a possible summer transfer, with the Brazilian winger reportedly drawing interest from the Premier League and Saudi Arabia. But as with any transfer rumor, we’ll have to wait and see.
